If you would like to add your pet to the Lost and Found page or you have found a pet that is lost please contact this e-mail: webmasterspca@gmail.com 

Please include the following information:

  1. A picture of your pet that shows their identity clearly (any size will do.)
  2. How old is your pet?
  3. How big is your pet?
  4. What color is your pet?
  5. What Breed is your pet?
  6. Does your pet have some form of identifcation:  collar & tags, chip, tattoo?
  7. When did you first realize that your pet was missing?
  8. When did you find someones pet?
  9. Where did the pet go missing. What was the situation?
10. How did you come to find someones missing pet?
11. Will you offer a reward?
12. Are there any special health issues, markings, behavior, etc. that we need to post about your lost or found pet?
