 ro-chipped for only $30!\n\n\n \n\n\nWhat is a microchip??\n\n\n \n\n\nA
  microchip is also called an “identifying integrated circuit” – it i
 s a small chip (about the size of a grain of rice) that will bring up a sp
 ecific number when scanned by the proper type of scanner. Microchips use r
 adio frequency identification technology to communicate with microchip sca
 nners. The ‘chip’ of the microchip is surrounded by glass so your anim
 al is never in contact with the actual ‘chip’.\n\n\n \n\n\nVet clinic
 s\, animal shelters and municipal animal control facilities usually have s
 canners capable of reading microchips. When the chip is scanned\, the numb
 er is matched in a database to determine the owner’s contact information
  so the pet can be returned.\n
