The Jack Byrne Arena is owned and operated by the four surrounding communities, including Torbay, Logy Bay-Middle Cove-Outer Cove, Flatrock and Pouch Cove. The Arena was opened in October 2008 thanks in part to the late Jack Byrne for whom the Arena has been named. The Jack Byrne Arena is home to The North East Minor Eagles, The North East Senior Eagles, North East Junior Eagles and host to Price of Wales Skating Club, as well as hundreds of others who join us for General Skating, Adult Skating, Parent and Tot and in the summer months, Roller Skating.
